I've placed the same order THREE TIMES, twice on the Internet and once by a live operator and I've never received anything. My order doesn't seem to exist. I can't get through to anyone anymore and I left a few messages with Lisa, the Internet parts manager, who does not return calls. At least they didn't charge my credit card.
Anyone else have the same problem? They lost my business but I'm wondering if it's just me.
