im thinking about buying the front strut tower bar for my B13 and i was wondering what you guys think of the one from procarparts.com the link is http://www.procarparts.com/store/displaydetails.cfm?pid=SB-9194SENTRA
and forgive me for being so dumb, but what does this actually help in doing??? TIA

think of your front end as a |____|, when going around corners you get this /___/ or \____\. the STB completes the "open box", thus stiffening the structure and keeping the body flex to a minimum.

thanks for the info, also, do you know how hard it is to install one of these? how many hours, what i would have to do and expect???

Its simple. A few bolts and thats about it. 10-15 minutes probably.

Dude, it will take you 15 minutes. All you do is take off the 3 nuts off of the top of each strut tower. Put the bar on those bolts and put the nuts back on, on top of the bar.

Also check out E-BAY. I got a strut tower brace for 18.95 + 6.00 for shipping. It looks like the same one on the link.

Does anyone know if the ebay bar will work with the ground control camber plates?

Please don't buy from Procarparts!!!! I know 2 of us bought intakes which didn't fit. There return policy bites. And there service sucks. As far as I am concerned they are not a quality company in any shape or form.
I doubt you will find a bar that will work with camber plates. I haven't seen one.

fyi, the courtesy front stb WILL work with both the gc and stillen camber plates. ask me how i know :-)
