Well... let me start by saying that I finally got my seats... I tell ya THAT was a real pain in the ass!

But to my surprise, I get an email form someone today who bought an engine & tranny from our pal Kris and now (almost a year later) he still has no engine, no money (that he paid kris) and no responses from kris... go figure!

He's seeking "Federal mail fraud" charges against kris because the payment was sent US mail and was over $500 so I'd say that he's got a good leg to stand on but I was still more than happy to give him all the information I had on kris.

I figured I'd just throw this out here and see what happens... :D

Well, when he actually pays me for the $250 shipping fee, or comes and gets the motor, then it is all his. :rolleyes: It is sitting here on a pallet, ready to go.

kris went out of his way to assist me with buying, exchanging, and replacing remote key fobs and keyless entry on my P10 a few months ago. The transaction went very smoothly and both of us walked away from the deal satisfied with what we received.

We have also had many PM's and email communications and all of them were on the up and up.
