I would suggest using some punctuation..... you'll get more responses.

Anyways, you can do it but you'll end up spending more money and/or time doing it again.

Um why not just answer the kids question. Though I did not see his sig... but yeaaaaaaah anyhow.....

Welcome to the forum man...

I would say it's not a great ideal
to use lowering springs on stock struts. Unless you plan on dropping the car like 1 inch.

From what I've seen and felt... the ride sucks, shocks/Struts will die out, and you'll bottom out. Again this is my opinion here... I'd rather save up for a good set of adjustable. The ride will be alot better.

Hope that helps you!

I just installed my KYB AGX's yesterday after 3 months of sucky ass ride. My ride quality feels like heaven now. It is possible, but it will be dangerous for you to stay riding on blown shocks. Again get AGX, it worth every pennies.

Yes. You can put on springs with stock struts.
I have a stock strut/Eibach spring combo going on.

Good luck!!!

Whos doing the install?

I'll echo SmoothDaddy's welcome..

But in PrettyWhite's defense I don't think he was hotheaded at all. It was a reasonable request.

To answer the question, save for AGXs to go with your lowering springs. As with most things "you get what you pay for".

I'd get the springs and struts before I got the 17's
just my $.02
you'd prolly look weirder bouncing around than on stock rims dropped the "right" way.

What brand springs?

My car hardly bounces with the Eibachs.
I also did a quick spring install so my 16'' rims would look better.
GO FOR IT!!!!
