im thinking aout buying a new head and i want the high port since its a turbo project engine, and i need to know how to tell the diff. between a highport and lowport head

the intake manifold is differant i think 91 -95 are the high port and the 96 and up are low port go look at an sr20 from an 200sx and then go look at the motor from an nx2000 or sentra classic se-r those are the highport. you can tell because the intake manifolds are differant.

I believe it is 91-93's only.

yeah i know that the manifolds are different but i found the ehad on the forum here and the guy doesnt know if its high or low, any desticnt differeneces in the head itself?

yeah there was a post last week in general sr20de about how to tell if an engine is a JDM or original, there were some high-port low-port picture comparisons there.

The jist is that the high port the fuel is plainly visable, while the fuel rail of the low port is underneath the intake manifold.

Exactly, if the injectors are on top highport.
