Depends on the setup, really. If you were going to 'fry' an O2 sensor, you'd have a better chance of doing so with a dry, non-JWT controlled setup, IMHO.

My wet direct-port setup used the same O2 sensor for 2 years without a hitch. When I pulled the sensor for the turbo install, it looked fine, externally.

I was spraying my Classic over a year slightly over a 50 shot!! I never had a problem with the O2 sensor! Keep in mind I did not have the JWT set-up!:D
