I ordered a CAI and they shipped it incomplete.
They said they would shipped the rest of the order but i have yet to recieve my stuff.
I guess their in no rush since they already got my money

Same thing happened with my buddy. He ordered a CAI from them and had to call them up several times before they shipped it. Took them over 3 monthes.

Well last march (march 2001) i orderd a CAI and forgot that i ordered it. Then in july of 2001 someone from PR called me and said they still had an invoice for my intake, and im like what intake and they said i ordered it then i remember and anyway they sent it out to me a week later. i was happy when i got it.

Oh yeah they also recredited my account, so that was a nice gesture by them.

Are you saying that they sent you the CAI and credited you your money back also? Sounds like they screwed up to me!

BTW, no offense, but I just can't understand how people can pay money for stuff and then forget all about it?? I know people do it all the time - it just doesn't make sense to me.

at the same time i was going through some crazy shiznit...so that was the last of my worries....but it was a pleasent suprise when they sent it out to me AND recredited my account...i think they recredited it on purpose i dont know....;) i never said anything hehe

I just ordered a MAF adapter for my VE install. They helped me on the phone and I got the part in about a week. Not bad, but it was a very simple order.
