I just got my DET running. it has the stock T25, a top mount and shitty 2 1/4 in, exhaust. and the clutch is slipping bad, but I love it. the problem is I got beat by a new GT with bolt ons today on the interstate. I didnt like this one bit. I'm ordering a JUN Ultra lightweight flywheel, ACT clutch, and I'm getting 3in exhaust. whats the most cost effective front mount that still funtions well?
also, I'm a little sick of v8 domestics picking on me. If i chunk the T25 and want to go to something like, a, .....T3/T04, what would make the ultimate DET. and who can i get a the parts from? Andreas? to hell with domestics

I have a T28 turbo setup for sale which would get you to 250-300whp or so. Louis and Andreas can get you anything you need. TurbochargedSER is his name on this boards(Louis),

My opinion is get your ACT clutch first then bump your boost !!!!!I ran 11.98 at 118 with a t-25 you can get plenty of power with a T-25 if thats fast enough !!!!!!The clutch will be your world of difference!!!!Just my 2cents Later, Mickey

Mickey, 11.98 would be plenty fast enough for me, tell me what all you've got on that sucker. Is the Jun flywheel gonna make a big difference???thanx

you could front mount your BB intercooler, terrin did this and ran a 13.3@104 at 8 psi and a spun slick (no air)
i would not up the boost until you get a front mount.

When I first raced w/top mount i pulled the hood off and went 2 tenths faster !!!!!
