Good Lord, Louis, that thing is spec-ta-cu-lar! I cannot wait to see how it works on your car. Soon!

Andris, you may have to put me on the list for one of those over the summer. Really. :D

That manifold is beautiful ! Does it clear the stock fans ?

yes!. That was one of my design goals. It did make it a bit of a pain in the ass (among other stuff), but it went on my car with a little convincing; I've got two stock, unshaved fans and the thicker Nissan Motorsports radiator. Doesn't touch anything once on the head.

I see you tapped runner number one for the egt. Is there any particular reason for that cause I have to tap mine soon and was thinking number three from visual inspection. Anyways that shiet is too beautiful, what I would do just to hold it for a second!!!

wowwwwwww..............that manifold is very intresting, it looks like it has equal length runner's.

wow, let me see if if got this right: the turbo sits up top, the wastegate is down low??? that would look very interesting when you popped the hood!!! I'm not too sure wgat underhood heat would be like :~

Andris, you might want to segment the flange (head-to-manifold flange). I know that that can help prevent warpage. Did you use 321 on the flange, or is it 304?

The design and construction look first rate. Very very good job!

is this manifold for a t3/t04e turbo or the t series turbo's ?
does this have the turbo sit about where the fmax manifold has the turbo sitting?

T3/to4E turbos. The turbo sits in the same general location as the FMAX log manifold, but its rotated slightly and sitting at an angle. I also believe it is slightly higher in the engine bay.

CAN YOU GET THE MANIFOLD WITH A FLANGE FOR A HKS WASTEGATE ? WHAT IS THE PRICING ON THIS PIECE ALONG WITH THE DOWNPIPE AND THE EXHAUST CONNECTIONS ??

This manifold is flanged for an HKS Standard Wastegate! It will not be in production for some time since it is the prototype and we need to do some testing before HS begins to sell it to the public!

i really like that manifold i think i would change out my fmax manifold for the hotshot !!!!
what are the intercooler pipes made of ? i might have to change the pipe from the turbo if it sits in a different position with different angles !

The intercooler pipes are made out of mild steel. Stainless steel or aluminum will raise the price drastically!

Is this manifold being tried on your car louis ?? will hotshot go into production on these ??
what manifold did you have before ?? whats the spec's on that turbo in the picture ?

it looks like the exhaust pipe has a place where the wastegate would dump back in !! can you get it without the return for the wastegate for those who dump to atmsophere!!??

The pictures were taken a couple of days ago. I have the manifold on my car at this time. It shold be running by the end of the week. I had the FMAX log manifold before this manifold. My turbo specs are as follows:

.82 A/R Extrude Honed Turbine Housing
Stage V Turbine

.60 A/R Compressor Housing
60 Trim Compressor

There is still a lot of testing required before Hotshot puts it on the market!

hey louis just wanted to know what ever happen to this manifold since this post was dated in May, wanted to know if Hot shot decided to produce it or not, I am looking for a bigger turbo, so I was going with Fmax Stage II but this is nice.

If you wanted to peice together your own kit, Protech makes manifolds for the T3/T04. I think he has an equal lenth manifold, and I know he makes log style.

do they have a website or a phone number to get in contact with them??
