What do you think I should do? I have about 2.5 years left on the loan and was thinking of buying a MR2 as my next project car. I would really like to get rid of the truck all together but I don't think that is going to happen because it has almost 80K miles on it since Sept. of '99 when I bought it. My debt would probably stay the same, but the monthly payments would be less. Not much logic there but there is some. The reason I would to lower my monthly payments/get rid of the truck is because I have my Se-r and I plan on not having a roommate come Sept. or Oct. time, so my rent is going to be around $800 a month for where I am thinking of staying. Are the MR2's responsive to upgrades or what? If anyone has owned or knows of anyone that has owned one let me know the good and the bad please.

Thanks,
Sterling

I do the forum decals for the big MR2 board and they are good people. I think the address is www.mr2ownersclub.com, they should be helpful

hey, i love nissans and personally will NEVER own a toyota, but if someone gave me a 2nd gen mr2, i'd take it. i rode in my friends' back in san diego and that thing FELT zippy. not powerful, just really quick. good luck finding a quality 2nd gen mr2 though. :)
