This is my problem:

I have a HKS SLD and don't have a wiring diagram. Its a type 1. Got 5 wires red, black, yellow, white and blue. I'm fairly sure the red and black are ign power and gnd respectively, the other three I cant say, one should be the speed signal in and the other the speed signal out, I dont know what the third would be for.

Anybody using/have used one or have a wiring diagram?

Thanx

theres a wire going from the speedomter to the computer. find it in the fsm for your car. unplugh this wire and your set.. well atleast this works for the b13. but the same concept used for your car.

I know about this technique but unfortunately doing this on the stock VE ecu puts the ecu in a sort of fail safe mode and its not optimal.

This is the best option to keep my system stock, until a fully functional daughterboard is developed for my ecu, this is one of the few viable alternatives.

I have the HKS unit I need a wiring diagram and or instruction manual.
