Alright the first problem I am having is I am not finding the igition wire. From my findings it is obviously in the ignition harness and is supposed to be white/red but I don't have a white/red on my ignition harness. I have...
White - constant
Black/white - starter
Black/yellow - 2nd ignition
Blue/white - Accessory
Black/red - ??
Is the black/red supposed to be the primary ignition that I am missing?

cool i have pretty much tackled the main harness and relay heavy gauge wires, the secondary harness is going to be a bitch.
Do you know what a 200mA status output wire would be?

is that wire coming from the boa?? and are you also installing an alarm or remote start

yea that wire comes from the boa and it is just remote start and keyless entry unit

you don't need that wire for that car, it's used to turn on a transponder bypass, etc when the car remote starts

oh and black/yellow is the second starter not the second ignition, you'll need to wire the relay like a starter relay

can I just leave the 2second ignition not hooked up then? or what do you mean by wiring the relay like a starter relay?

yep, it's only there for cars that need it and does the boa have an external pack of relays or is it internal to the brain of the remote start

Also coming from the BOA it has a "Remote start activation input"... not sure what that is.

don't need it, it's used when you have another unit installed and you want that other unit, maybe it's an alarm, to activate the remote start

These are the correct colors/locations, I know you have two threads open, so I put them here. I checked the connections in your other thread regarding the door locks, and they are correct. Here's the rest.
White - constant
Black/white - starter
Black/yellow - 2nd STARTER
White/blue - Accessory
Black/red - Ignition
orange/black- lock (located at door lock timer in pass kick panel, probably also at the theft warning module under the drivers dash, right of the steering column...almost 100% sure on it)
orange/blue- unlock
The lock/unlock wires are activated when given a NEGATIVE pulse.
Red/blue - parking lights - 12volts + trigger located in drivers kick panel and steering column. (might be located at the theft module under the dash)
Green/yellow - Factory Alarm Disarm (negative trigger) - theft warn mod.
Tachometer - blue/black (at distributor)
Brake Wire - red/green - at brake switch. (will go positive when pressing the brake)
Hood Pin - yellow/black - theft warn mod. (negative trigger when hood is open)

Hey blackb13 as far as the tachometer can I not tap into a wire closer to the steering wheel?

Not recommended.
What about the wire coming from the ecu?
