Hey folks, my 91 SE-R has over 223000 miles on it and the entire suspension except struts/springs is original.

I was thinking of doing everything at once on this and being done with it, my plans include:

New inner/outer tie rod ends
new steering bellows for above
es bushings for new steering rack
new ball joints
ES bushings for swaybars/control arms
Shigspeed rear upper strut mounts

Now, for installing the rear LCA bushings, is it a burn and press affair?

Any other suggestions/tips?

And i need an answer once and for all, what do B13's use for PS fluid?

i just did my fca yesterday and i tried like hell to just press them out but i had to burn them out. you dont really need to press in the new ones either the metal sleeve is just a little tough to push in but with lube its fine.

I don't burn any of them. I have one of the cheap Harbor Freight presses, and they work just fine for the bushings. I have burned them, and that is some nasty stuff.

Your plan of replacing everything seems reasonable - that's how I've done it on 2 diff't cars.

would it be more worth my while to buy a reman rack instead of overhaul my OLD one?

I only needed a press for the rears.

If you have the engine in the car, I'd overhaul the rack. I wouldn't want to change a rack with the engine in the car!

It depends. The only thing I see in your post is in regards to the outer tie rod ends and the bellows. I doubt the reman rack comes with either (maybe the bellows), so you would buy a rack and then have to (probably) swap your tie rod ends over anyway.

You might want to see what comes with the reman rack, and that might make the decision for you.

My rack came complete down to the tie rod nuts. YMMV.

That's a good idea.

Be careful with the ES bushings in the rear of the B13:

It's in that thread, Steve talking about rear suspension bind. You gotta leave out a couple of the ES bushings in the trailing link, leave in the OEM rubber.

Steves says it better than I can....it's under Bushings.

I assume you already replaced your bump stops and strut boots when you did the springs and struts?

Do you have your original suspension springs???? I sure can use them...
