Okay, so I got a freshly built motor and plugged everything up and the b_tch just cranks and cranks and cranks but won't turn over.

Question first, on the RR head, there's the 2 metal lines for the fuel rail, those are fine. But there are also 2 tube further back towards the firewall. I don't have a pic, but does anybody know what these 2 metal lines are for??? It's below the TB.

Also, there's something that looks like a grounding connection near the starter, coming from the main harness, but I don't see where to plug this in.

But, my plans are to check ignition, connections, starter, and fuel. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Also, I've tried to turn the motor over using the crank bolt, thinking maybe the bearings are just tight, and it turns and all, but it didn't help. I've also tried using 2 batteries, cause maybe there's not enough juice for the 1st fire up, but that didn't help. The car does not want to turn over

The motor is using the stock RR head, just so the e-manage would still be in-tact and not have to worry about re-tuning/wiring.

I think the wire is a ground and bolts to the intake manifold. If it is a plug in check by the IAVC. You say it cranks and cranks I dont understand exactly what you are saying it sounds like the motor is turning over but wont start. If the motor is not turning over I would say you have a loose starter connection.
