When i hit the gas in my ser it sputters and wont really rev until about 4500rpm this is the same under load and not under load.it wont rev at all. Also the brakes are hard as a rock which i know is a vacuum issue. We are having a hard time figuring out the vacuum routing.

My question is Is this related to or can it be affected by the vacuum being messed up?

91 se-r
bluebird swap
72lb injectors
jwt ecu
z32 maf

any help is appreciated, and can anyone tell me where to route the vacuum hoses? Thanks in advance
