dont have one but are they useful? i wanted to get one but i dont really get the point. I just drive the car easily for like the last mile before i get to where im going to let it cool down a little.

well it saves you that extra mile you gotta drive & its also better to let the car sit at an idle before having it turn off

^^^ stay out of boost the last minute or two before turning off the car and you won't have an issue. I've never had one and don't plan on adding one... JMHO.

thats basically what i do. Just drive it easy and if for some reason i dont drive it easy then i will just sit a minute and let it idle to cool then turn it off.

Same here. I drive it completely out of boost for the last few miles, trying to keep the revs below 2-3k as well. Once I park, I let it idle for a minute to a minute and a half before I cut it off.

i am the living turbo timer. i did have one but it would have saved me time, seems that few minutes of cool off time took forever.. oh well.
