I've been have a little electrical problem for a while now. It seems that me dash lights stay on like the battery light, brake light, airbag light and the door light if the door is open. Also I can let down the windows with the key out of the ignition. I am thinking it is a ground somewhere any suggestions on fixing this problem.

I'm probably wrong, but I want to say check the harness going to the driv. door(remove the driv side kick panel and check the harness right before it goes into that flex tube into the door). I remember seeing door harnesses rubbing on a edge behind that panel.
Just a place to start.
