Well I checked the compression on my 92 SR20DE-T today and I got right at 135 all the way across the board. Is that good for this motor?

Low. Retest with the throttle all the way open.

What is the normal compression numbers for a healthy sr20 motor? I'm pretty positive that anything under 100psi is low, actually isn't the psi supposed to be around 150psi-190psi throughout all the cylinders? Please correct me if I'm wrong. Oh, TDC is essential to a compression test also correct? Sorry for semi hi-jacking this thread. :)

I think the range is 140ish-190ish is about the correct or safe range I believe. Not 100% positive. TDC, throttle open, and all the other necessary steps that u can find in a FSM or here on the forum. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
