Rob, I have 2 advices for you.

1. Get Haynes, because you will need to find several pressure release caps and drain plugs and it's good to have a picture. (although Haynes have POS pics too, but better then nothing)

2. Just pay $50 to have a shop pressure flush it for you. (make sure to include heater core, radiator and engine block).
The only thing is shops use recycled coolant and probably not distilled water, so you might wanna provide your own.

I did coolant flush myself before and the main reason I don't like doing it is because coolant is very harmful to environment and it's kinda of hard not spill anything when doing it outside on the street.

All I can say is.. Its fun doing it.. I love to see brand new coolant in my reservoir, and I clean some components of it too.. Dont pay a shop to do it for you. Unless you dont have time.
