Can somebody please give me a crash course on understanding these numbers, or tell where I can learn it on my own?

For example:
"Garrett T3/T04E: Stage III wheel in a .82 A/R turbine housing and a 57 trim wheel in a .60 A/R Compressor housing"

What does all of that mean? How do I use this information to determine if a turbo is right for the results I want?

Anyone willing to break it all down for us novices? I've got a turbo car too.....:confused:

I honestly don't know the answer myself or I would attempt to answer it.
