Well guys I have been pondering the thought of having a intake manifold made. Not anything concrete just a thought. The only NA VE I know of using a custom intake manifold is Andreas's.
Now my question is what are your opinions on this? I am pretty sure the gain will not be much on a stock cammed car. Eventually I know some big cams will be on the market.
Ofcourse the N1 manifold would be an option aswell but lets compare to lets say a O2 induction manifold.

I just know that it's useless for the n/a DE. don't know much about VE's

I know soon there will be some heavy duty NA VE's coming about that sure could use the extra air from a good flowing IM. Better than the N1 manifold. I am all about it.

Mike Kojima did a ton of intake manifold testing back in the day and it didnt really make much of a difference. He has recently posted wondering if it will make a difference now that we have these new headers. So, to answer your question, I don't know and it seems no one else does. It will take some experimenting.

I was searching before I bought my 02 last week and saw him post about it. He was saying on NA cars they made little or no difference.
