I would like to get the c2 cams because I will be running NA until I get back to the states when I will go turbo and was wondering if they are as good worse or better than s4's for the gt28rs turbo. I looked everyone likes talking about s4's and turbo but not much about c2's. Just looking for some opinions. I want the good mid-range and killer top end from the c2's while I'm NA.

They probably have too much overlap for the D/P. S4s would work well and C1s would probably work better. Eaither one is great of N/A too.

so I shouldn't get the c2's? will they still be good with the d/p though even if not as good as the s4's. I was just trying to avoid s4's because I heard they suck down low and c'2s have better top end and mid then s4's.

If you get c2's your definitly going to need some cam gears. I know that when I reduce the overlap, the engine idles so much better. I'm not sure how s4s compare to c2s but I can tell you that based on my dyno experience, c2s out power s3s after 3500rpm. I believe with proper tuning on cam timing they would make more power than S4s would.

I'd guess that the C2s have too much duration and that the C1s would be better suited.

thanks for the input. I am stuck between the c2's and c1's now. Im either gonna get the c1s or c2s with cam gears and adjust it when I get my turbo.
