For reference:
1996 200sx
GC coilovers 350/300 rates
B13 front AGX, B14 rear agx
Koni stops
Motivational rear upper mounts
GC camber plates
Courtesy front STB (with ribbed brackets)

Here's the issue. I cannot seem to get the top nut (that fits into the bearing of the camber plate and threads on to the strut) tight enough. I used a flat head screwdriver on the flat part of the strut to keep the shaft from spinning and tightened it down good. After 10 miles or so on regular streets (read: bumpy and shitty) I get a lot of noise/clunking. When I check those bolts I can see the strut shaft has rotated and the bolts are a bit loose again, not majorly loose, but I can tighten them back up. With everything tight it's PERFECT, I don't have any of the noises commonly associated with this setup. Anyone got any ideas? How did everyone secure the strut shaft while tightening that nut? Think it has anything to do with using that particular STB?

Also, there are holes in the top mount (for the spring) included with the GC plates. Has anyone used those to zip tie the springs to the plate? If not what are they for?

I don't think the STB is the problem.

I hadn't thought about the second thing before. Give it a shot, it can't hurt, right?

On the Konis, the top of the strut is made for an allen wrench and is easy to tighten, I don't know how to toghten the AGX enough...

I recommend using an impact wrench.

yes they are always a bitch wes. An easy way to tighten them is to use the impact to zip it on quick to get the nut down all the way and to really snug it up

Careful with the impact wrench. I would use some loctite thread lock.

To thighten the AGX's use the nut they provide and there are two flats that you can put a 8mm on that will keep the shaft from spinning.
