For all of you boost guru's in B14 platform. Which front mount intercooler fits the best? I want to buy a whole kit for under $1K. Thanks

How are you going to run the piping do you want that to? Cause if you do the you will need to buy the turbo manifold too. I have the f-max front mount ic. THat might be out of you 1000 budget. I would talk to Andreas Miko, he can hook you up.

OK I'll hit Andreas on Monday. I wanted to get something with the piping on it so it can be a quick transplant. I didn't want to wait for it to be fab unless I have to. What do you think? How much was your F max. kit? From where?

"New" from F-max, could find it cheaper used

1. Turbo manifold-600
2. Intercooler- 650
3. I.C. piping 250

I will have pictures up of the JC Whitney piping job I did with Purosil, clamps, a BB intercooler and 2.5" piping!!! I got it to fit very nicely under my bumper and through the holes for the intake and the windshield washer fluid container(I had to remove the unit). But for about $150 including the intercooler you cant beat it. This can also be upgraded in the long run to fit any size intercooler with endtanks that are 2.5" in diameter. Pics up soon! Good luck!
