With the overwhelming sucess of this years G20.net/sr20forum.com Toys for Tots donation drive that raised $2250 for the orginazation via new unwrapped toys. Both Matt and I would like to give our greatest thanks to those that helped out with this endeavour, may you get much more in return for your generosity!!!
Due to a change in policy with our toy store of choice, taking photos inside the store was a no-no, but we managed to sneak a few in....

Yours Truly
The shopping commenced promplty at 7:30 pm and with $500 budget for our 4 elves and $250 for me, we proceded to ransack what was left on the shelves. We set out a budget of $10 or less per toy to maximize our toy/dollar ratio. Some had to have items went above that, but not many.
Two hours, a couple of covert photos, and 8 shopping carts later we wrapped up our shopping endeavour. Many thanks to the elves that helped out. This would have been a daunting task if it were just a couple of us.
Adding to the excitement a winter storm was on the way, and after a good dinner we proceded home in a light snow preparing for the next day....delivery...
After getting a good nights sleep, like santa does, we woke up to this....8" of the fluffy goodness....

It was a good thing some people were there at all...considering the govt building was techincally *closed* due to the snow. The toys for tots people are definately HARD CORE and met us with big smiles on their faces. I always feel bad dumping a ton of toys off at the last minute, but they confindently assured us that wrapping 400+ toys in a day was not a problem...
Thursday is the day for them to hand out all the toys...ill try my best to drop by and give some support and further document this for you guys....

At the end of the day, we were $0.40 shy of spending the whole $2250 raised...
A side note: G20.net/sr20forum was the second largest contributor to this particular Toys for Tots drop off point...$2500 was raised by the foundation itself, $1000 was given by Wal-Mart, and the Casino raised $1300 for the foundation....give yourselves a big round of applause for giving so much during this time of year...once again, we thank you for your generosity, and may blessings come your way....
Happy Holidays!!!
