On the passengers side CV joint, do I pry it out from the transaxle or from that middle bushing? There is a middle shaft that is green and I can't tell if I still pop it out from the tranny case or from this green piece. I need good instructions....please help---the car is in the air now and I need some assistance!!!

Green piece is on the driver's side. But I will assume that you mean passenger side (the long one). There are three bolts in a large bracket that the axle passes through on it's way to the tranny. Once these bolts are removed, no prying is necessary. The axle comes right out.

If you mean the driver's side (short one), you just pry at the tranny until it stops. Then you grab the center of the axle and use the moving part like a slide hammer. One or two good yanks and it should pop out.
