I found this and am going to look at it in an hour or so. Body damage and "runs rich"
what's your guys' opinion?

Talked to the guy and he's about half an hour from me. Dude owns a garage and has been too busy with customers to fix it and doesn't think he'll have time for it any time soon. Apparently it's just taking up space in his lot.
EDIT: also found this, looks good but she hasn't called me back yet and I don't know if it's an SE-R or not (could it be an SE with the SE-R seats and wheels?)

B14 are really nice.
most likely he doesn't have the computer to hook up to figure out which sensor is broke.
running rich is probably a bad sensor or MAF, something along those lines.

If the MAF was bad the car either wouldnt run at all or would go strait into limp mode and you wouldnt be able to rev it past like 2500rpms before it died out.
Anyway Ninja, nobody can really tell you if you should buy that car or not. Theres not really any info on the car to work with. Just go Check the car out

I would go for the first one, it does not look too bad, though you cannot see the whole thing. If the only problem is that it is running rich, that would be fantastic.

OKAY
I checked it out and I'm buying it tomorrow. I test drove it and it runs rich, but barely. I've ridden in much worse. The main issues are the body and the passenger CV shaft being effed. So, to remedy this, I talked him down to $550 and he's throwing in a CV shaft from the junkyard down the road. Also, the interrior is IMMACULATE and it has a power sunroof and windows, my B13 has manual windows, this has a flip-down back seat too, something I desperately wanted in my last car. Insanely enough this is also almost rust free: none on the underbody, door jambs or wheel wells.
The bad: Dents on the front and quarter (pass). One of them is starting to rust so i have to get to it fast. The clear coat on the spoiler is 60% gone and the front bumper is unpainted and aftermarket. So there was an accident at some point. I took a good long look under it and structurally it's still totally awesome. guy says the title's clean, so after I get the VIN I'll have a buddy run a carfax before I buy it.
Anyway, wish me luck. thanks for the imput
