WTF I just received an EM and basically it said: "We want to keep the noise down at our new site, so you guys with loud cars-make them quiet" "We aren't gonna be measuring Dbs, so we trust you to make your best judgement" Have any of you come across this? What the hell are the prepared guys and Mod cars supposed to do? I sometimes run a DP AH Sprite and you stick a muffler on that thing it loses all it's power. (Not to mention appeal) Oh well, guess i'll take the test pipe off LOL
