Alright, I have a scraping nosie that I have traced to the clutch area. Sounds like a disc whirling around quickly against something (metal on metal). It started out light but is now very loud. I do notice different sounds at start up and during shifting. The noise is present with or without the clutch pressed in. I know how a clutch works, but I can't vision in my head how this is happening. Any ideas on what could be rubbing. Or any one else experinced something like this? Either way I know I gotta get it pulled open an fixed. Thanks :biggthump

could be your throw out bearing, cable needs adjustment, or you need a new clutch.... does the clutch slip at all?

Nope everything hooks up fine. The clutch only has 32,000 miles on it. Easy miles at that. I will check the cable this weekend when I change oil. Thanks

Tightened up the clutch cable and that seemed to do the trick. Thanks
