Are the eibach pro kit springs interchangeable between the 91-93 nx2k and the 91-94 se-r?? Basically, are the ones for the se-r the same as the ones for the nx?? Thanks in advance...john.

It's all the same B13 suspension. I would initially say yes, but I haven't tried swapping/measuring suspension parts between the two.

The easiest way to anwser this would be to find the part numbers for the nx and sentra springs. If they are the same, then yes, if not, then no. :)

True that would be the easies way, but i checked on tirerack.com and they didnt provide any part #'s for the se-r or the nx.....

According to eibach's own application guide (http://www.eibach.com), the part number for the nx prokits is 6324.140 and the part number for the b13 sentra prokits are 6316.140.

It looks like they are different.

From what I heard, yes, the NX and sentra SE-R pro kits are the same, the prokits made for the NX will make the SE-R sit a little lower in the front though, I think because of different spring rate.

SE-Rican just bought some prokits that came off an NX, and his 92 SE-R is just fine.

the NX is a bit heavier up front, so springs designed to fit nx's will be slightly longer and or slightly stiffer. They are like this from the factory.
The solution: hypercoils!!!
if you dont know what i mean by this, pm me

im new here, what are hypercoils? Brian

the hypercoils, they are springs that were designed for SE-Rs but will work on NX's. they are high rate (about 300lb/infront 200lbinrear) which is the same as most grond control kits. They lower the car about an inch. you will need AXG's with these springs. what it boils down to is that these springs are far far better than any 'off the shelf' sprongs. it is a one time only deal, but 7 extra sets were made so you may be able to get your hands on one of those if you act quick!!! check the classic SE-R forum, it is a sticky there if you want more info

I just bought Bens NX2000 it needs shocks. He included a set of first gen hypercoils could I run KYB GR2 or do I have to spend the extra money and run AGX. Any one no what the spring rates are on the first gen?

first gen is 174/180 i think. you could get away with GR2's but i would go for the AGX's for sure.
