As some of you may or may know, I will be competing at this year's TOTB 6 Event in Elvington, U.K.
Some of you may know that this is the event to compete in to show what your car can do, in 3 separate disciplines, 1/4 mile drag, top speed (1 mile) and handling circuit. The car must be fully road legal, insured, taxed and run street legal tyres (no cheater slicks allowed).
After a number of trips back to Knockhill (my local track, as used by the BTCC) last season, I found that I had missed doing the circuit racing, and realised that I so wanted to be able to do it again (SAFELY), as opposed to an all out drag car.
So we are in the process of prepping the car to unveil it within the next few months (early April at the latest), hopefully with a bit better handling.
Here is are a number of pictures showing the progress so far...

I will keep you guys updated as the work progresses over the next number of weeks. We still have to fit the wide arch kit on the front and then prep. it & paint it black. Then have the suspension setup, and then finally map it for higher boost levels.
Cheers
Dave
P.S. This is the sort of thing I am up against at TOTB, albeit in a different class...
