Dswtflip4u 05-15-2002, 06:48 AM I have been looking around and have never seen the actual retail price of the FMAX stage 1 kit. I know everyone would say it's about 4K. To you guys with the FMAX kit, Would I actually save money if I buy the kit or is it the same price if I buy it piece by piece. Thanks in advance. I need a STAGE 1 kit wihout 300zx TT MAF , ECU , and injectors . PLease help me find a good dealer. FMAX won't sell to me direct. You'll still need to buy a lot anyways, though... Like a clutch, all electronics (boost controller, gauges, etc...), cams... I'm in the process of piecing my kit together and my bill so far is $7750, but that includes everything possible (other than internals.) You can check out a local place that does mail order... www.i-m-racing.com TUNED200 05-16-2002, 09:38 PM not to take anything away from F-max, but has anyone priced the apexi turbo setup i saw in sportcompact a few issues ago. it looks badass. i am calling my guy back tomorrow, but he recomended the f-max kit, he said he has done 12 or so, and everyone has layed down at least 80 whp.
