hey hey guys..
just wonderin if, when you plumb nos into your car whats the basic setup for say a single fogger system... like where does everything plug in to and do you have to do any fuel management or does the fuel solenoid compensate for the increased air?
does this need larger injectors or fuel pump and how does the pump keep pressurized when the fuel solenoid gets fuel?
sorry about all the questions but all the info kinda confuses me lol
thanx in advance guys

just run one wire from the solenoid to the battery and the other one to a grounded switch. when you use the nitrous it speeds up your engine. it will compinsate for the air. if you have a dry shot 75 horses or under then you should be able to run on stock injectors. even with a 75 shot it woul dbe safer to get a wet shot of nitrous, and anything over a 75 shot will need a bigger fuel pump. and if your on forced induction i would not reccomend single fogger. i would do direct port. as with forced induction i seen what happened to my brothers with single nozzle. it pulled most of the nitrous into the first cylinder. it wasnt pretty haha. took his cylinder out. and he had over 15 thousand into his stratus engine!!! if you wanna know anything else PM me. nitrous is about the only thing i know on an engine haha

Thanx alot
Its actually a possibility that a friend is putting it on a GA16.
just wondering like for a 50 shot when plumbing the nos and fuel lines into the intake obviously the solenoid pushes extra fuel right?
and as far as like an armed switch goes it goe like you said right?
and where could i get a kit real cheap? maybe like a 5 pound bottle even?

Youve got some of it right. But not all of it.
When you use Nitrous it doesnt just automatically compensate for the extra Air being added. You have to have somthing putting the right amount of extra pressure on the Fuel press Regulator or your just going to blow your motor.
Also its not recommended that you run anything over a 50shot Dry on the SR20 with everything else stock. The Injectors will max out. If you have the capability to check and see if your injectors are maxing out or not. You could move up on the shot and keep checking. But why would you want your injectors even close to maxing out when your spraying? Anything over a 50shot IMO should be a wet shot unless you know what your doing. I also wouldnt spray anything over a 50shot wet or dry without a bigger fuel pump (thats just me though).
If your Turbo then I myself wouldnt spray nitrous into anything but the intercooler. But if you need a little boost because of turbo lag or somthing then you could spray a small dry shot easily into the turbo motor. Theres alot of stuff that you have to watch for though like boost creep, ect
