lol, my boys in my club say the same thing.so i'm pretty sure i'm going to buy the sportlines or maybe the h&r springs . do you guys think i need to buy shocks , cause some people say you dont really need aftermarket shocks unless you're autocrossing . also what kind of rims do you guys think would look good on my car some c2 evos or somekind of white 17 in rim? thanks ahead of time for all you're responses.

That actually looks pretty good. The hood dosen't fit too well though...

There are -many- threads on springs and shocks, just do a search, button in the upper right corner. If you don't mind bouncing around like a kid on Christmas, use the stock struts. They'll blow within about a month and not damp anything.

Sounds like you want to lower your car for looks only. IMHO The most cost effective way to do that (and everyone here will boo me for this) is Tokico blue struts and Eibach Pro kit springs. The Sportlines are too low and not stiff enough, and will bottom out constantly. KYB AGX struts cost a little more, but they will last longer, and you can adjust the rebound damping ("stiffness" in case you aren't a total car geek)

Hey, is that front bumper made of fiberglass or urethane?

I would agree here with RaserX and Driven97... Lower your car bro. It will look sicker. About the shocks.. dont listen to your dummy friends lol.. For me shocks is a must... your stock shocks will eventually blown when your lowered your car. It will cause a poor handling and it could be dangerous. Trust me you will jump around places with blown shocks :P Im using KYB AGX and Sportlines combo.

for driven97 the front end is made of fiberglass.i'm worried because when i lower my car i dont think the fiberglass will hold up that good, guess i just better be careful on those speedbumps:rolleyes: also does anyone use progress or the h&r springs?thanks again for your responses.

If you have the VIS one like I do, then you shouldn't have any problems. It's real good quality! I haven't exactly been careful with mine and there has been NO issues.

To get the full "potential" and IMO for it to look best, you need some rims in gunmetal or bronze with a lip. Racing Hart makes the C2 Evo's in gunmetal now and would look just phat on your car. I'm getting some 18" Rota sub-zero's in gunmetal (so don't steal my idea!!;) ) And I think they'll look great on my color. Just stay away from white rims with your color.
Now if I just had the extra money to throw around, I'd get some 18" Te-37's in Bronze... _Just_plain_sick_.

You don't put white rims on a dark metallic color... Naaaaasty. But hey, to each their own.

has the sideskirts for $275 and the rear bumper for $275. Although once you see the bumper itself you might not want it that bad.

I think you need to have your eye's checked, cause there is NO WAY white rims look good on a dark car... it contrasts too much, and overall, dark rims look better on a dark car.

IMO, I don't think so. For example, white rims go perfect with a black car. Every car I've seen like that, even a cavalier looks good
