yesterday i installed some b13 se-r rear discs and hubs on my 94 xe-r. after bleeding the system, the pedal is a little softer than before with the stock setup. however it has no problem stopping whatsoever. after reading the posts on here, i am pretty sure that a solution would be to upgrade to a nx or altima master cylinder. just seeing what you guys thought.

I'm not sure of the difference between the SE-R MC and your XE MC, but I would prefer to use the SE-R MC if you are using the SE-R front brakes. If you are using the NX brakes, then by all means get an NX MC.
Just my .02 cents :)
If the alty MC does work for your application, I'm not 100% sure, I have one for sale ;)

yes, because i believe that your master cylinder is too small and doesnt have the capacity for disc brakes, which require more fulid

that is what i am thinking. the car is totally drivable and can stop with no problem but it just doesnt "feel" right like it did before. my setup as of now is 1.6 xe fronts and b13 se-r rears with the stock 1.6 mc. as soon as i get the chance, i will move to nx's up front with a nx mc.
