Type "ground control" into the search function on this forum... that should answer the question on what it is.

Are you kidding me, right? If you find some coilovers for less than 120, you'll have a half-ass suspension setup. If you want to do it right, spend the money and don't skimp on the parts.

AGX shocks with Ground Control Sleeves/Eibach coils and Motivational Rear mounts.

You will not spend less then $700 on a new GOOD coilover kit. All that cheap stuff you see on E_bay is crap. Do a search on the forum for coilovers. There is a very long thread with all the info you need.

Correct. There is no way to spend that kind of cash ($120) and do anything right. We have inexpenisive cars and relatively inexpensive upgrades, but that is no budget at all. You cannot buy a set of decent springs for that money, let alone struts, or any type of coilovers.

Here's the one (1) thread you need to read before you do anything to your suspension. You may certainly want to read other threads after this one, but start here:

There you go SR20Project, save up some reasonable cash, educate yourself and make wise decisions.

Thanks. :)

I am very pleased that it is used so often and has become a reference for the forum.

I am mechanically inept. It's the only way I could write a thread for the Technical Library. Quoted every single thing in there from a no-bullshit, well recognized, expert. Not one original thought of mine in there, I just compiled the information. And lots of it.
