Got hit on the drivers side rear bumper the other day, just at the point where it curves to the back. Not too hard a hit but it looks like the bumper was pushed away from the car just above the red rear side marker light.

I was wondering if any of you had removed your rear bumper and if it was easy, difficult, etc. I need to remove it so I can see what parts are damaged and need replacing. Any tips?

Most of the fasteners will be underneath the car. Spray them with penetrant and remove both of your side marker lights and I think the plate lights have to be disconnected as well. Not really hard at all 45 min tops taking into account a few rusted bolts. Oh if I remember right it is also secured from the inside hatch area as well. Those shouldn't be a problem. Good Luck
