Manual rack is known as a model R24N and it looks like the Insulators (bushings) are the same for either one. I will get back to you with the part #.

Some thing to note: The Manual rack listed above is for an NX1600. It's overall steering ratio is 22.7 (4.21 lock to lock) vs the NX2000s PR24SC power unit with a ratio of 16.5 (2.74 lock to lock). My friend just removed his pump and put in a pully & bracket from a CRX (I think 91). Works so far.

more research and I have been hit with a light bulb over my head. What about removing the back plate on the pump and gutting it??? Remove all lines etc... and then just fill the gutted pump with the proper oil (so bearing lasts) and seal it? Idea!?!? What do you blokes think?

Manual Str. Rack- 48001-Q5600
rack from a Sentra E.
"Random Thoughts Racing- PS Eliminator Kit" as a replacement for the P/S pump. You would also probably have to use a resistor in place of the P/S sensor or have JWT program it out-if possible.

What is the purpose of your change to manual rack? If you are looking for horsepower and weight savings my PS eliminator kit frees up 2HP on the dyno and cuts 10+lb.
If you want slower steering you will still have to tension the waterpump belt. It is possible to get a bracket from a (silvia??) that relocates the alternator to the rear although the AC system would be unusable then. Either rack you use you still have to tension the belt.
