I was doing some research about different colors for painting my B13. So I found this blue one, and it looks nice IMO. But not sure about its name, so if anyone can help me please.

Here's a pic:

not sure if thats a stock color but it is very nice. kinda classy....makes me wonder what a nice forest green would looklike on a classic. i would call it "deep royal blue" any paint shop could mix you up a batch and spray it.:biggthump

your best be would be to go to a lexus or infinity or acura dealer and look at colors on those cars then get the paint code.

I think that's not stock. Notice the lower bumper and sill. They were left grey on 91/2. I know the bumpers are diferent in CR though.
There is an oem color just like that but darker I can't rememeber the name/code though.

Bumpers over here are the same as yours, most SE-R here were brought from USA. But I bought some days ago the rear and front JDM bumpers, so I'm gonna paint my B13, not sure if getting this blue or some kind of silver color.

Yes I think you're right, the color I've seen in some B13s in darker than this one.

I will post some pics once my project is done :biggthump

The original blue color on B13 Sentras is called Sapphire Blue. If the Sentra in that pic isn't painted sapphire blue, it looks darn close to it.

I think that car may be a bit darker then my Saphirre Blue 94, not sure though. The color code is TK3

I dunno. From the ones I seen in CR the bumpers were different than ours. It is subtle but a true dork like me notices these things. Are you saying you guys got the SE-Rs made in Tennessee? It was my understanding that y'all got a lot of Tsuru style Sentras.

Well here you can find Sentras from 3 countries, some of them from Japan, called Sunny, but no GTS version, from USA, most of them brought as used cars, so we got XE, E, GXE, SE-R, etc, and from Mexico, called Nissan Sentra, not sure about specifications from this one. When it comes to American Sentra, so they are just the same cars you got there, and all SE-R in Costa Rica were brought from USA, as Agencia Datsun (Nissan Dealer in Costa Rica) didn't sell the Nissan Sentra SE-R here in Costa Rica. As something curious, all the B14s and B15s you could get to see in Costa Rica were brought from USA, and the Nissan dealer over here didn't get them for us, just the Pulsar version kind of similar with B14 Sentra, and Nissan Primera P10-P11 with SR20DE inside.

Weird. I saw a ton of SE-Rs in Costa Rica B14 and B13. My roomate says they are very popular in El Salvador too.
Good luck painting your whip. Saphire blue has got to be my favorite oem color.

That does look saphire. But check for nissan Baltic blue. Might be lighter, if I'm not mistaken it was a color choice for the silvias.

Sorry, I didn't mean both B14 and B13s weren't very popular in Costa Rica, but I meant most of them were brought from USA lately in the last 10 years, so you get to see tons of them, but the local dealer for Nissan didn't sell the B14 over here, and right now you could get a "brand new" Mexican B13, really cheap and reliable car even nowadays.

Thanks, I'm really considering painting it with that blue one, most SE-R over here are either black or white, some red ones, and mine is dark gray, but I'm thinking about a change. As I said before, I will post some pics once the painting is done :biggthump
