I just put a autometer tach in my car but the tach is off by 300 rpms from the stock. Is there a way to adjust the Autometer Tach?

For example, if the sun is beaming in my car, my Autometer will be off by 200 rpm, but if it's cold, it'll be off by 400 rpm.
