Tire rack has those wheels. And they'll sell you just one wheel, I did it plenty of times back in my "rice" days.

Thanks for the info. I thought of them but didn't bother because I figured they only sold sets of 4. Thanks :-)

I've ordered just one replacement Kosei rim from Tirerack last year. That's your best bet, as Ben mentioned.
