especse_r 05-19-2002, 07:12 AM After I parked my car this afternoon from 30 mins of driving I have heard a whistling sound coming from my engine. The sound lasted for about 10 mins. I revved my car a couple of times and the sound dissappeard. Have you guys encountered this noise before? cause? Grip 05-19-2002, 09:39 AM Yes I have, after I installed my UR 2 pulley set. The belts had stretched some and were loose. They made a squeling sound, not really what I'd call a whistling noise, but maybe yours are only a little loose.
