Any one have the KOYO radiator and Flex-A-Lite combo in their turbo cars. Any clearance problems with the FMAX manifold? My fans melted and dont work anymore. My car overheats when idle for more than 1 minute. Any exp. with these items please let me know.

I got the Fal fans on my car and they work pretty well, I got the F-max 3 inch DP. I got no melting or clearance issues.

Autozone fans! 69.99 apiece. they are about an inch thinner. These are the fans we used on David's and my car.

Cool, thanks Tony. I ordered the Koyo radiator today and will get the fans when it comes in.

Do any of your guys that are having these problems with melting fans have your stuff ceramic coated? All my stuff has been coated and I am hoping I won't have this problem.
As for the $69.99 fans Autozone fans................ are they factory replacement or are the Haydens or some other aftermarket brand?

Everything is coated however it actually touches the fans. This is the reason they dont work anymore.

Anyone have any pictures of these aftermarket fans installed that they can share?
Do they directly mount in or do they require fabrication?

how does your air work with those 70 car fans? Does it get as cold as when you had the OE units?

I'm not sure exactly if it changes with a/c. On both of the cars that we used these in there is no a/c. No they are not a direct replacement, but istead they go through the core.

These are the fans and how they are mounted on Tony's car. They work freakin awesome!

They look slim enough that they would clear the downpipe no problem. They flow a shit load of air too from what I have been told, approx ~ 1000cfm per fan.

YUP! We had to use those in David's car to clear the down pipe. If u don't wanna mount it through the core it has attachments so u can build your own brackets.

Got a model number on those anyone?? I'd like to keep my A/C wondering if this will work with it...
