When i turn my key all the way over (without starting) I noticed my lights on the bottom arnt coming on, like the check engine, seatbelt, alt, ect ect, the clock doesnt work either BUT the light behind it works???

Any ideas? TIA

check the lights in the dash itself and fuses too..and this is the wrong section for this post...
