Red Line Shock Proof seems to be the way to go with our cars from what I have read. Whitch of the Red Line Shock Proof Trans fluids is recomended though. They have quite a few choices. I drive hard and want to get the right one. Thanks.

Oh this is for an 99 Sentra SE-L but I posted it hear cosidering I usually get responses quicker here. Trans are exactly the same from what I know. If not please let me know and I will get this in the SE section ASAP. Thanks again.

After using Redline MT-90 for a year or so, I switched to the cheap Murray's stuff and I prefer it. Better in the cold, better after track days, and no issues otherwise.

ymmv.

I used light weight shock proof in my 92' and it was alright..? Now I'm using Motul 75-90 in my 96'. I like it a lot better.

MTL or shockproof HD. HD is my preference..MTL id reccomend if your syncros are giving you some problems.

just dumped the lucas=this stuff slows ur car down but does feel like it protects the gears...but it's gl5 stuff=not good for our tranny's
but after a week i started having shifting problems into 1st and reverse

just put in redline mtl=so far so good good....faster shifts and car seams eager to rev more=def don't have that slow mo car feel anymore

I got MT-90 and didn't notice much of a difference.

I'd go for shockproof just for the fact that it helps protect the transmission.
