hey fellas, im new to da se-r game bu soo anxious to start moppin hondas!!(lol) i wanna go vvl all motor an i herd it has two stages of "vtech". so it has to vtech selinoid or ignition swtiches or how does this work. i saw the page that breaks it down but its to technical, i need lamen terms. its good to know somethings before doin a swap. and any other tips an possible upgrades that u guys think would be good i would appreciate. thanks for the patience

When you install an sr20ve in a de car you need something to switch the solenoids/VTEC YO!, most people use an msd unit. It's programmable for a certain rpm. It has an exhaust and intake cam that switch over, these are set at different rpms.
