Horrible, ended up cancelling my order. Last tuesday I ordered a fidanza lightened flywheel, here it is monday of the following week, and still no tracking number provided. I checked the order status on their web site and it read "not yet shipped"...almost a week later! I called and left two messages and e-mailed them once. Finally I get an e-mail, but only to confrim my cancellation, it said nothing about the order status or anything. I was not informed about any back order or special order. Horrible cutomer service as well! I canceled my order and i am now going with Ptuning.com.

I never had problems with them when I got my springs. The tracking # thing also happened to me but that was because ST was sending me the springs directly so I needed the tracking # from them.
