Fonque 05-21-2002, 01:51 AM tonight i finally got my head unit in the mail, nakamichi cd 35z, well when soldering up the adapter i found *** tthis head unit does not use the dimmer or the illumination wire o.O can i just tape these up and not worry about lighting in my dash not working? :confused: Black93 05-21-2002, 09:59 AM probably so... when i put my pioneer in it didnt have a dimmer wire... my only complaint with it. but to answer your question thats what i did. I have put many stereos in too :) Fonque 05-22-2002, 10:18 AM well i didnt use either one of those wire and i thought i broke something *** when i hooked everything up put the dash back on turned on the car and.........nothing :( turned out the ground wire was not in the harness it was attached to the antennae :confused: but i got it working finally last night and damn do nak's rock :cool: | ||
