i did a search for a back strut rattling noise...and someone said they put washers under the middle strut nut....well i didnt put washers underneath , but i tightened down on it with a breaker bar...and whala the noise is gone...hope this helps some of you, because this noise was driving me NUTS.....bwahahaha now i got extra money i was going to blow on a new set of springs/struts...

it makes sense though, when you get a new set of springs and struts theyll usually use a impact wrench to tighten it while its off the car.....but it cant get nearly as tight as it would when it is actually mounted on the car and tightened down with a breaker bar one more time...i was able to get another 1.5 revolutions out of the top nut...:D i'm happy
