I have what I think is the full ES suspension set with the exception of the rear sway bar bushing set. Would any of you care to confirm this or add to it what I'm missing?

I have a 91 Classic SE-R

7.10103R - Rack and pinion bushing set (says 91-99 sentra)

7.5115R - Front sway bar bushing (28mm BAR) ((says for 2.0)

7.3109R - Front control arm bushing set (says 91-94 sentra)

7.3110R - Rear control arm bushing set (says its for the 2.0)

There are a couple of spots on the front sway bar linkage that does not have new ES replacement bushings, so... now I'm wondering if I have the full complete set. I need some advice from some senior members who have these please.

I'm about to dive into to this and I want to make sure I have everything before I tear her apart.

TIA,

Just went back to ES's website and re-checked. I know I missing the rear sway bar set. (they have it listed as the front set P/N 7.5116 which is wrong by the way) On their master set they also include the "tie rod boot set" My front control arm kit "7.3109" does not include this. So thats one two things I'm missing. Rear sway bar kit and tie rod boots.

Any others I'm missing?

look them over this is all the bits and pieces you should have:
rear control arm:
- 20 bushing halves that are very thin with
-10 sleeves to fit with these
-4 larger bushing halves with thier respective sleeves for the trailing link

front sway bar:
-4 small bushings for endlinks
-2 D shaped bushings that go around the bar itself

front control arm:
-4 bushing halves
-2 sleeves for these
-2big-ass D-shaped bushings

shifter bushing:
-2 bushing halves and sleeve

you are missing the rear sway bar kit but it is:
-2 puny D-shaped bushings that go around the bar
-4 small bushings for endlinks
-a whole bunch of useless hardware

that's it the steering rack bushings are not part of the kit. they can be a pain to install, the drivers side on mine was (instalation tip-tighten it down, it will close the gap, you will see what i mena when you are throwing shit because it does not want ot go on)

then theres the mnoor mounts which do not wantot line up but are solid gold.
i think thats every part that ES makes for our cars, i just di this off the top of my head so i may have forgotten a few things.

That helped, thank you. I do have the complete set then with the exception of the rear sway bar kit and those tie rod boots. There are boots already on the tie rods so I guess their's are just red and for looks.

The motor mounts the previous owner installed the JWT mounts.
The front dogbone one has ripped slightly, it appears to be stock becuase it is very soft.

So I need the rear sway bar kit and the front dogbone mount. Anybody have them and want to sell them?

Thanks guys for posting.

How do you like the performance of the mods?

And Mitch .... where did you get the blue coolant hoses?

Love the mods.

(on the hose thing)
I got in on a group buy that "Stilleto" organized. We bought them from a company called Baker Precision. They are custom made. Darlene was the sales person who handled the buy at Baker. Baker is located in California

I think the website is: www.bakerprecision.com

They sell a lot of really nice stuff.

Matt secretly wishes to wake up one day to find an engine bay that clean....

Tell me more about the coolant hoses. That's one thing I'm always worried about on track is a coolant hose letting go. Are those silicon? What's the life span vs. a regular rubber hose? Has anyone used these in a track/race conditions? Are they worth the money? Have I had one too many beers tonight?

Doesn't Courtesy sell silicone radiator hoses? I believe they are red but serve a similar purpose. Stronger with higher temperature stability.

Hey Matt you can improve the looks of your engine bay dramatically by simply degreasing the hell out of it and follow that by pressure washing it.
My engine bay is a far cry from SERMITCHELL but it is cleaner than a lot of SR engines. IF you do clean it make sure you clean any water that falls down in the Spark plug holes or in a few days you will find out what misfire is all about.

Thanks for your kind words Matt.

Yes they are silicon with double fiber braids for reinforcement. I honestly forget the temp rating on these, I'll have to look that up. However I sure the crappy plastic drain plug would blow long before these hoses would. These things are thick, and they are not as hot to the touch as my stock rubber ones after a sprited drive. IMHO they will outlast the car. That opinion coupled with their good looks is what made me buy them. BTW in the group deal I paid $110.00 shipped for both.
